Smile

"Smile Please" - says Zubin and we all put that wonder thing on our lips, while taking a snap in Vipul room.
Smile- Just a simple phenomenon, but it make remarkable difference to everybody life. Let a smile be your umbrella, and you'll end up with a face full of rain. Smile seems to be most obvious and natural act, but neither it's so neither natural nor obvious. Life gives us plentiful moments, opportunity, reason or creates serendipity to smile, but do we really translate those moments into million-dollar smile? I doubt it. Fortunate are those who got the essence of living, philosophy of live the moment and got the nerve of time, but sometime we miss those moments may be due to phobia of speaking our mind, shilly-shallying or might be busy schedule makes us forget to smile. Whether it's Mona Lisa smile or 12" smile of Julia Roberts or lovely smile of kids or innocence of Little Johnny, or columns of R.K. Laxman in India times or vibrating Johnny Lever or humorous Joey, they all have charismatic and refreshing smile reason and mark it's importance. Just a little deviation of perception towards life can bring that invaluable thing to your lips. Its just perception, which can make every event joyous and entertaining. Mine most joyous smiles comes through flipping pages of memory, seeing old photographs and seeing kids, I just love kids, thinking of moments with family...
A smile costs nothing but gives much. It enriches those who receive without making poorer those who give. It takes but a moment, but the memory of it sometimes lasts forever. None is so rich or mighty that he cannot get along without it and none is so poor that he cannot be made rich by it. Yet a smile cannot be bought, begged, borrowed, or stolen, for it is something that is of no value to anyone until it is given away.

A smile is a curve that sets everything straight. An innocent smile of a kid can make you do anything for him/her. Happiness is not a matter of good fortune or worldly possessions. It's a mental attitude. It comes from appreciating what we have, instead of being miserable about what we don't have. It's so simple-yet so hard for the human mind to comprehend. Everyday, we came across several moments, which gives us a reason to smile. Whether it's a joke cracked by someone (even a PJ would do), some weird action (like Everyday after bath, I have bucket in one hand and clothes, in another, but still trying to unlock the door- just ponder what a funny situation that is), beautiful flowers, while sipping coffee @ food court, smile exchanged when we see friends, a refreshing smile passed by a beautiful girl, sometimes some obnoxious smile by our nutty professors or that million dollar smile you fake in the mirror. Just find new reasons in your life to smile.
Some people are too tired to give you a smile. Give them one of yours, as none needs a smile so much as he who has no more to give...

P.S. "Smile and the world smiles with you cry and you cry alone". It's a fact.

I AM SAM

yes it’s tagging and I have recently become a constituent of this chain reaction by vivek and boblichki. I think the main reason for so few posts is ignorance, I feel myself at surface but not at depth, that is one of the main reason why I sometime I feel handicapped in writing articles. In the penultimate semester of mine engineering, I have started reading lots of books and articles to get myself into the umbrella of knowledge. Now coming to essence of this article, explaining and exploring me in 20 points. I would like to make amendment to this tagging process, since I have just turned 22 last week, I would like to uncover my book of life in 22 points. Lets see how fair I am to cover my 22 years of life in 22 points. So here goes -

1) I am exceedingly sentimental and highly emotional person. Sometimes even a small event can trigger my emotions.

2) I am interested in debates. both seeing and participating.

3) I think a lot. There are lots of things, which are always floating in mind, which varies from friends, family, love, and generally all the things I am emotionally attached too.

4) Truly speaking, I am still searching for my goals in life. I have only one dream i.e. to become successful, economically capable and a responsible person in the field which I am still exploring, nothing else. Seeing my grade report in engineering, I think that i would either achieve above either in managerial job or in writing.

5) I am highly spiritual and religious. I can do anything and refrain anything for my spirituality.

6) I am peace loving and composed and keep away from all the pomp and show.

7) There are only three thing I care about one is my family and second is also my family and third are friends. Rest F.O.

8) I have grown up by seeing doordarshan serials like malgudi days, duck tales, hum log, swabhimaan, bakwaas chandrakanta, dekh bahi dekh, so they are my favorite TV shows. Recent like involved FRIENDS, GILC and quiz shows.

9) GOD has sent me in this world with a delay signal. I have got everything I desired but with a delay. I don't know why?? May be god wants me too learn the importance of being a homosapien.

10) I am movie freak. I can watch any movie ranging from mithun da to Sean connery to Stanley kubrick. i can see anything, no inhibition, sab chalta hain, bas timepass hona chahiye.

11) Music the soup for soul. I am very passionate about music generally old hindi songs and all the evergreen romantic, emotional. patriotical, rapchik, bindaas, remixes, pop-I love all.

12) Murphy law hold true in my life. If anything can go wrong then it will. I have been the victim of so many things, which I have not done. I don't know why I fall in the trap.

13) In a group, generally I am the one people like to pull down legs; People generally take advantage of my simplicity, leniency.

14) Given a chance, I would like to have hair style of Tom Cruise, height like abhishek bachhan, sophistication of amitabh, humor of Joey, attitude of Nicolas cage, a heart like tom hanks, carefree attitude of brad pitt, sex appeal of John Abraham, speaking capability of Hitler, intelligence of Abraham Lincoln, spontaneity of Joey and romanticism of shahrukh. I am very demanding, amen.

15) I have liking towards some eternal beauties like madhubala(just gorgeous), vyjantimala(all time favorite), waheeda rehman(favourite dancer), neetu singh(Oh! she is bubbly), aishwarya rai(beautiful eyes), julia Roberts (million dollar smile), amrita rao(flattened over her simplicity) and kate winslet (very obvious reason).

16) I cannot see anybody sad neither I want to hurt anybody sentiments. I do not like to hurt anybody feeling or pulling down legs.

17) I am very curious about when, where, why and what. Though i do not creep into anybody private life nor disturb them, but like to explore, communicate and interact with many people. I can communicate to anyone, I have no inhibition in talking strangers, I love all (don't take me as bisexual) can give entry to anyone on this earth-everybody is invited.

18) I think I was a comedian in last birth because in this birth I am known for dry humor, this incarnation has less humor trait. I wish to be a playboy in next birth because of less feminity in this birth. (God listen to my prayer. please please please.)

19) There is only one person who is a source of inspiration for me - my father. His philosophy - When going gets tough only tough gets going. So take life as it comes to you.

20) (modified)I have never refrain from hard work, but God has not sent me on earth to make circuits on bread board and write computer programs.

21) I love sleep and hate waking early in the morning.

22) (modified)Last: I am a hopeless romantic, just hopeless.I have never regreted of not having a girlfriend but regret of not having love(It is not a paradox).

Well i have edited this post few times and this reflects unpredictablity and perplexity of my mind, which can shift and flip anytime. Continuing the tradition, next victims in this chain reaction are Arpit, bhavesh, Raj, Sarat.

Good night

~Sam
